Our New Mexico Flag Hat features the State flag design heat stamped into full grain Horween leather. Using a combination of heat and pressure we stamp each full-grain leather patch. This debossing process maintains the integrity of the leather while being able to achieve ultra-high detail designs. We hand apply each patch using our proprietary adhesion process in our Laramie, WY workshop.
