Born in raised in the Southwest, originally from Las Cruces, NM my love of spicy Mexican Cuisine began at a young age.
Throughout my up bringing my family would frequent the various restaurants of the area, often dining at Mexican restaurants, enjoying enchiladas, renellos, fresh salsas and homemade tortilla chips and more.
I have traveled all throughout New Mexico and have sampled salsas & spice from every corner of the state, with that being said, I bring you a few of my favorites.
These are my personal favorites or my family’s favorites from New Mexico, all chile grown in Hatch, New Mexico.
